The BENEFITS:

Every person’s body is unique.  Private lessons will help you learn how to approach each Bikram Yoga posture based on your specific needs.  What can take weeks or months in a regular class environment can be accomplished much faster in a one-on-one environment.

 

SOME EXAMPLES OF HOW PRIVATE INSTRUCTION CAN HELP:

 

  • New Bikram Yoga students who want more personal attention and/or want to turbo-charge their learning curve.  We can also help you introduce a friend or loved-one to Bikram Yoga in a more personalized environment.
  • More experienced students who want to break through to the next level.  Students of all levels reach plateaus. One-on-one instruction can help you move to the next level on specific postures you are having problems with or to elevate your overall practice.
  • Students who are considering becoming instructors and want coaching.
  • Those suffering from a medical condition or injury and want one-on-one help in areas like posture modification. Yoga was originally taught one-on-one to address specific injuries or needs (eg: tight hamstrings, chronic neck and shoulder pain), or as a therapy when ill.  The teacher designed a session for the specific benefit of each individual student.

RATES:

 

1 person:      $95.00 per hour

2-5 people:  $75.00 per hour

Are you interested in booking our studio for a private yoga party?  A great idea for athletic teams, social organizations or just a group of friends.
 

We will provide our studio to you for your group to have their very own Bikram Yoga class.  Rates vary and depend on the number of people in the group as well as additional service that may be requested.  Please call or email us for more information.
